I was amazed at how pristine and well-maintained the space was. The Standard Twin Room was not only clean but felt fresh and cute, easy to unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was inviting.

Our room was well presented and offered an air conditioner, free wireless internet and a lounge. The hard-working and professional staff gave good recommendations. Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurant and attractions as well as cairns able to walk to night markets and major city features.

The area was disappointing.

Good location not far from the CBD, good connection, practical hotel complex, very nice pool and washing facilities for guests.

We didn't feel that welcome from the. Staff, rather like we would have come at a bad time although we were the only ones who checked in. Would only be briefed with the most necessary. Wasn't very friendly.

Pool was nice. We got the missing hairdryer immediately without any problems. Happy Hour at the 5-6pm bar. Location was good.

The room was only roughly cleaned. On the floor, especially under the beds, there was still a lot of dirt and dust. The bathroom was the cleanest.

I really loved the cozy vibe of the room and the fact that there was a microwave—I could easily heat up snacks whenever I wanted. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and I had a great time lounging on a sunbed with a drink in hand. If I'm picky, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall, I had a wonderful experience! 🌞
